The system hums but won't start. That's one of the most common calls we get. Often a capacitor replacement is the entire fix.
Capacitors give motors the kick they need to start and keep running. When one weakens, the motor just sits there.
We measure it instead of guessing
If the reading is out of spec, we install a compatible capacitor and confirm the motor starts and runs in range. If something else is failing too, we'll say so.
