AC fan repair before the compressor overheats
Look at the outdoor unit. If the top fan isn't spinning while the unit hums, turn it off. AC fan repair now is cheaper than a compressor later.
That fan pulls heat out of the refrigerant. Without it, the unit overheats and shuts itself down.
Squeals, no spin, or high-pressure trips
