AC blower repair starts with the motor and the wheel
The outdoor unit is running but barely any air comes out of the vents. Or there's a new rattle from the closet. Either way, AC blower repair is often the fix.
We check whether it's the motor, the capacitor, or a wheel so caked with dirt the motor can't turn it.
A dirty wheel can kill a new motor
Replacing the motor without cleaning the wheel just overloads the new one. We clean it, replace the motor when it's really gone, and check amp draw and airflow before we leave.
